This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation, renewal, subscription access, and refunds work for paid recurring subscriptions offered by TCTGame (The Consistent Tribe Game), including TCTGame+ Monthly and TCTGame+ Yearly subscriptions.
This Cancellation Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
TCTGame+ is offered as an auto-renewing subscription.

When you purchase a TCTGame+ subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the next renewal is processed.
Subscription billing and renewal may be handled by the platform through which you purchased the subscription, including the Apple App Store or Google Play.
You may cancel your TCTGame+ subscription at any time.
There is no separate cancellation fee charged by TCTGame for cancelling your subscription.
Cancelling your subscription prevents it from automatically renewing for the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not normally terminate your access immediately.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to TCTGame+ features until the end of the billing period that you have already paid for.
If you purchase a monthly TCTGame+ subscription on September 10 and cancel it on September 20, you may continue using your TCTGame+ benefits until the end of your current paid subscription period.
Your subscription will then expire and you will not be charged for the following billing cycle.
